Good start...
But just as someone said before, more frames would have been better to use when animating some of the fight. Also with the running, you could get away with the very quick segments of the characters running toward the camera, but you may have wanted to go and find another sound file to use for that. For them to be running on grass and dirt the footsteps sounded way to high and sharp, not dull and bass like they would have in such an environment. All the other sfx were very well placed and well done. You have a great ear for placing everything in the right spot.
Also in how the vampire guy kills the bad guy, the ending shot with him looking all samurai and what not and then having the bad guy be cut in half... that's kinda cliche'. I think it would have been better if you had your good guy bury his blade into the top of the bad guys head since he was above him, AND then bring his blade down the back of the bad guys head to the base of the skull and twist and pop off the bad guys head. I mean, he was a bad vampire right? Take of the head. That always always works. Plus it would have been really cool instead of the same old shot after the fact and then him being all cool and stuff.
Also on another note, using songs with lyrics can usually work against what your trying to do. I've done that and its the reason why my one animation "With a Smile" didn't get into a certain art festival. Its really better to use music without lyrics so your animation is all the viewer will pay any attention too, instead of trying to figure out what the song is saying.
Oh, and maybe more dynamic camera angles like when the one good guy cut the bad guys face... It would have been really cool to see a down shot of that with the sword swishing up toward the camera.
Other than that this is pretty cool for a practice play time thing, and it shows that you do have potential to go even farther. Just don't let your animations style be defined of what you've already seen. Cause everyone else has already seen that too... I hope this helps and I hope to see more from you, and not just practice runs. :)
